Website Performance Marketing Manager (In-House) APPLY NOW
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Website Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of all paid digital marketing across our websites.
This is not a junior role and not a strategy-only role. You will be directly responsible for planning, executing, optimising and reporting on paid activity with clear commercial accountability.
You will work closely with senior management, ecommerce, pricing and operations to ensure marketing spend is efficient, controlled and profitable.
Key Responsibilities
You will own and manage all website marketing activity, including:
Paid Search: Google Ads & Bing Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax where appropriate)
Paid Social: Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Affiliates & Referral Channels
Email & CRM: Klaviyo campaign management, segmentation, automations and revenue attribution
Budget planning and daily spend control
ROAS, CAC and contribution margin management
Landing page and funnel performance optimisation
Attribution, reporting and insight (not vanity metrics)
You will be expected to:
Improve efficiency, not just increase spend
Reduce dependency on agencies and wasted media
Scale revenue only where margin supports it
What We Are Looking For:
Essential:
Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets in-house
Strong commercial mindset (you understand margin, not just clicks)
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta
Experience with Klaviyo and ecommerce email marketing
Confident reporting performance to senior stakeholders
Comfortable being fully accountable for results
Desirable:
Ecommerce or retail background
Experience in multi-brand or multi-site environments
Affiliate or partnership channel experience

Shift:
Full Time Monday to Friday
Shift hours flexible between 6am to 6pm
Between 40 to 42.5 hours per week
A 45-minute break – with 15 minutes paid by the company

Starting From £36,000 per year.
