- Mattresses are handmade and usually delivered within 3 working days
- Headboards are handmade and usually delivered within 10 working days
- Divan beds are handmade and usually delivered within 10 working days
- Bed frames are usually held in stock usually delivered within 3 working days

All UK Mainland delivery is free. Non-mainland delivery is not free. For non-mainland UK, an additional charge may be required. Non-mainland postcodes include AB, DD, IV, KW & PH, PA21 – PA38, PA42 – PA59, and PA80
We do not ship outside of the UK.
All mattresses are vacuum packed, rolled and boxed. This makes it easier for delivery and for carrying to the room of your choice. Once unpacked, the mattress will expand to it's designed size.
Under UK Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. It is critical that you inform us of your decision. This can be done by emailing help@starlightbeds.co.uk
It is important for hygiene reasons if you’re returning a mattress, that it remains in the protective coverings and is unopened. We cannot accept returns where the mattress may have been used or opened
Most products come with a minimum 12 months manufacturer warranty. Any mattress made by Starlight Beds™ can be registered on our website for a free extended warranty of 18 months in total. This only applies to our mattresses.
